We  have decades of experience designing and servicing musical instrument amplifiers.
 We also modify amplifiers for custom effects. 

WE REPAIR / REFURBISH MOST GUITAR AMPLIFIER HEADS  FOR LESS THAN  £100. VALVES AND MATCHED SETS OF VALVES ARE EXTRA AT COST.

Before you send or drop-off your amplifier to our work shops carefully consider and note down the following:

1. What is wrong with your amplifier? Note it down!
2. If it is a valve model, check the valves, many faults we meet can be attributed to faulty valves.
3. Have you checked your loudspeakers. If they are blown or rubbing this may well be the fault.
4. Is the amplifier still under guarantee?  If it is, contact the supplier first.
5. Is it worth repairing?* 
6. If you are sending your amplifier via courier, pack it well **.

* Some repairs need expensive components including transformers, output valves, lateral mosfets, large computer grade capacitors, pcb boards and maker specific hardware e.g., special switches non-standard pots etc.  Check with our engineer before sending it if you are in doubt.

** When sending your equipment via courier, please pack it in a double walled box with plenty of fill material.
We are not responsible for damage during transit so please pack it carefully. We recommend that you deliver large combo amplifiers yourself rather than use a courier service.
